Jordan McCreary

“You have to go all in on it.”

Host Craig West sits down with 28-yr-old Jordan McCreary to hear how, along with his business partners, he came to become the biggest F45 franchisee in the world, acquiring 24 gyms across Australia in just 4 years.

28 Year old Jordan has always had a passion for sport, health & fitness. Team Sport has played a huge role in Jordan’s life and progressing his career in health industry has allowed him to live that passion every single day.

Jordan studied Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and has a focus on innovating and challenging the health & wellness industry.

He saw the attraction to F45 Training just over 4 years ago after noticing a concept that was different and trying to disrupt the typical 24 hour gym model. After one session he was hooked, F45 was team sport in a gym and encompassed a lot of the knowledge Jordan had learnt in his Physio degree. It combined a number of training styles into a fun, team based, effective workout that was fast and allowed every day people to work as a team just like Jordan had in his team sport growing up.

Over the last 4 years Jordan has grown his business from a single F45 Studios in the Sydney CBD to 24 Locations across NSW & QLD. He also owns two Physiotherapy based health clinics (Activate Health Clinics) in the Sydney CBD and a holistic wellness brand (Renu Wellness).

“Scaling a business has many challenges, what gets me out of bed everyday is the chance to over come those, to motivate my team and the chance to innovate old tired systems in an industry that I am passionate about!”
