Why do Employee Share Ownership Plans work? Thumbnail

One of the largest issues faced by Australian small and medium business owners is dealing with their Business Succession and Exit Planning.

The large numbers of baby-boomers approaching retirement (5,000 people turning 65 in Australia every week) means that those who own businesses need advice and support as they approach this huge milestone, and need to prepare their business, their personal financial situation and their family, employees, clients and suppliers for their exit.

This program has been designed specifically to give advisers the tools and techniques they need to have the right conversations with business owners, guide them thru the process and help them to maximise the value of their business and achieve a successful exit.
