Regional Director of Boardroom Advisors, Roderick Cameron joins this week’s instalment to share his exit experiences. He has spent over 15 years practising as an advisor working with small, medium and rapidly growing businesses, however his background originates in the legal field. Roderick has guided some of the world’s largest companies on their financial communications, with the last decade dedicated to working with and for SMEs and Scale-ups. His macro level understanding of the dynamics on valuations and deal process has allowed him to specialise with SMEs, and this broad experience across both industry and scale of business has proven extremely valuable in his current role.
Roderick understands and specialises in the issues facing the SME/scaling businesses and how to address them. Hs expertise lies in growing businesses for transformational funding, whether it may be growth capital, change of ownership, or exit.
